Classes are Taught by Sherri Baptiste, Megan Scott and other Yoga with Weights:  Baptiste Method™ Teachers.

2012 classes in the San Francisco Bay Area

Yoga with Weights integrates breath based yoga postures, working out with lightweight (3 to 5 pounds) ankle and/or hand-held (1 to 3 pounds for women; 3 to 5 pounds for men) free weights. Please bring your own yoga mat and weights.

What you need  A set of 1, 2 or 3 pound hand weights and ankle weights. Sounds light, but trust us, you'll feel the firming.
